All countries in this world has its own unique country code for calling. In order to make a call from one country to another country you need to enter the corresponding calling country code before the phone number.




          +91 REASON

The international telecommunication union assigns the respective code to the countries. Countries are assigned the codes according to the zone in which they lie. India has been assigned the code +91 because it lies in zone 9.



         +91 NUMBER

A typical mobile number in India has 10 digits. Where the first four digits indicate a operator’s code, while the remaining six digits are unique to the subscribers.
